Where We Ship

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our services in the future.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or U.S. territories.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following processing schedule:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) typically enter processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand seasons (e.g., Black Friday or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Transit Time & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.

Please understand that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as:

  • Weather conditions and natural disasters.
  • Carrier-specific delays or peak volume issues.
  • National and regional holidays.

If you have not received your package after 7 business days, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Our system automatically selects the most efficient carrier based on your delivery address.

Shipping Costs

To keep things simple for our customers, we offer a flat rate for domestic shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat $6.99 for all domestic orders.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and communicated via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to:

  • Monitor the status of your shipment.
  • View estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update once the label has been created.

Shipping Issues & Support

We are committed to resolving any shipping issues, including:

  • Tracking not updating for more than 5 days.
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received.
  • Items damaged during transit.
