4. ORDER MANAGEMENT

Can I change my shipping address?

If you notice an error in your address, please email us at support@bettynow.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing phase.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order is likely already in production.

What if I made a mistake in my order (size/color)?

Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we will do our best to update it for you.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Are there any restocking fees?

No! We do not charge restocking fees. You are only responsible for the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please email photos of the damage to support@bettynow.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
