1. INSPECTION PROCESS

Once your return is received at our Southampton warehouse, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

2. APPROVED REFUNDS

If your return is approved:

• Method: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal).
• Amount: You will receive a refund for the full price of the item. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

3. REFUND TIMELINE

Once we process the refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a hoodie, t-shirt, or hat that is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item:

• Contact us at support@bettynow.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• In these specific cases, Bettynow will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order moves into the production and packaging phase, and the standard Return Policy will apply.
