1. RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased on our website.

2. CONDITION FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items that show signs of wear, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Step 2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization.
Step 3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and mail it to the address listed above. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees or administrative fees for your return.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
