At Bettynow, we uphold the highest standards of service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a refund is necessary, the following procedures apply to ensure a fair and transparent process.

Approval & Processing

Refunds are authorized only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.

Refund Distribution

All refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that once we issue the refund, it may take your financial provider an additional 3–5 business days to post the transaction to your account.

Refund Exclusions

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your total refund amount if the return was initiated due to personal preference (customer-remorse) rather than an error on our part or a defective product.
