4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package’s progress in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A package is considered “Delivered” once the carrier updates the tracking status to “Delivered.” If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
7. DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, external factors (weather, carrier delays) may occasionally cause extensions. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit (not updated for over 14 business days), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and email them to support@bettynow.com within 48 hours of receipt.
8. ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order multiple items (e.g., a hoodie and a hat), they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure they reach you as fast as possible. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
9. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (incorrect address, refused, or failed delivery attempts), the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
10. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Changes: You may request changes to your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours. Once the order has moved into the “Processing” stage, we may not be able to cancel it.
